We are so excited to start the year with a special intensive to optimize your health and well-being in every way. Our challenge aims to give you the focus and tools you need to feel a sense of ownership and confidence in how you look and feel on a daily basis.

Meditation & Mindset At Lifehouse Body & Soul, we offer what most health & wellness programs leave out - the holistic perspective to help you uncover, address, and heal the mindsets that have kept you from a consistent, stable, healthy relationship with food and body. When we learn how to release old belief systems, we feel a lightness and ease in the way we interact with food, our body, our weight, and our body image. Over half of our 60-Day Challenge training modules focus on mindset and meditation.

A Customized Mindful Eating Framework We focus on Mindful Eating and common sense nutrition as the foundation of how we interact with food. You'll receive training modules and personal feedback to create a long-term plan to optimize your specific dietary needs and preferences that are reasonable, aligned with your lifestyle, and mindful of the coping strategies that have kept you stuck in the past.

Consistent and Customizable Exercise Exercise is easy with 60-day access to our live and online Practice options. Your Challenge includes a commitment to 4-days of exercise each week. You'll be encouraged to create a customized plan that utilizes our resources, which include: Interval workouts, HIGH fitness, Barre, Yoga, PUMP, and simple walking meditations. With the wide variety of both live and in-person options for every fitness level, your commitment to exercise becomes do-able. You'll learn to move in your body from a place of love and nurturance, rather than shame, should's, and punishment.

A Silent Retreat on January 18th On January 18th, you'll engage in a 6-hour Silent Retreat at beautiful Riverside Country Club in Provo, UT. Silent Retreat is an amazing way to start to discover the incredible benefits of meditation. You'll bring a yoga mat, cushion, and blankets for comfort as you're guided throughout the day to know how to focus your mind and utilize your breath and body. If you've never done a Silent Retreat before, this is truly an experience you don't want to miss! You'll be shocked at how much you learn about yourself in one day of simply being.

Book Club: Women, Food & God by Geneen Roth On March 1st, we'll have a live book club to share and discuss this brilliant book by Geneen Roth. Reading Women, Food & God throughout the Challenge will help you bring awareness, alignment, and compassion to all the work we do to optimize mindset, nutrition, and exercise.

One Private Mentoring Session As part of your 60-day Challenge, you'll receive one 60-minute private mentoring session with Becky. She'll help you explore the underlying mindsets that have kept you from realizing your health and fitness goals in the past. Becky's Mentoring is focused on Body Work--using guided meditation to help you uncover and release limiting subconscious beliefs and past traumas. With the background work you'll do in the first half of the Challenge, you'll be well-prepared to realize a permanent shift through your private mentoring session, which will be scheduled with Becky at your convenience between Feb 3rd-Mar 6th.

Fashion Inspiration & Advice Have you ever considered that what you wear each day is an expression of who you are and the energy you bring to the moment? Our fashion expert Lisa Blair is a walking inspiration of self-love, playfulness, and embodied freedom in dress and appearance. Her energy is contagious and you'll feel it in her teaching module on getting dressed each day. For an additional fee, you can even go on a shopping excursion with Lisa and have her help in expanding your wardrobe and learning to harness your authentic self-expression.

"My Body & Soul Freedom Framework" On March 22nd, we close our 60-day Challenge with a live meeting to share & fine-tune our plan to move forward with more freedom, love, alignment, and awareness. This document will encapsulate the mindsets you've uncovered, the limiting beliefs and past traumas you've released, the nutritional guidelines you're committed to, and a sustainable plan for regular exercise and movement. Your Body & Soul Freedom Framework can become a life-changing roadmap moving forward.

Do I have to be in the Salem, UT area to participate in the Challenge?

No, you don’t have to be local to join the challenge. Each week’s training module will be delivered online and our live workouts will be live on Zoom 1x/week and available for replay at your convenience. Your Individual Mentoring session with Becky can also be done online.

What type of exercise commitment is involved?

You will make your own Baseline Exercise Commitment for the challenge. You can choose to track formal workout sessions, number of steps, or any other behavior that is meaningful to you.

What exercise resources do you provide?

We provide access to our live Practice classes, which will give you 60-minute guided exercise and meditation sessions up to 4x/week in-person, (1x/week available on Zoom). We also provide a library of guided walking meditations which you can use daily to reinforce the Body & Soul concepts and get more steps in. Additionally one of your training modules will focus specifically on somatic movement. Each week, you’ll check in with the Group to share your exercise commitment and report on whether or not you met it.

What nutrition resources do you provide?

We provide the Lifehouse Body & Soul Conscious Eating Guidelines as a baseline for your customized Mindful Eating plan. You’ll create your own plan and submit to Becky for review and feedback. Each week, you’ll share your specific nutrition commitments with the Group and report on whether or not you met them.

What meditation resources do you provide?

We provide a library of guided walking meditations and seated meditations to reinforce Body & Soul concepts of mindfulness, healing, and wellness. Additionally, almost all of the weekly training modules will touch on aspects of meditation and mindfulness.
