The Lifehouse Body & Soul Course is designed to spend 2 weeks on each lesson. The Course opens August 24th and runs through May 20th with breaks for holidays and Spring Break.
At our weekly Course Community Meetings, we will study the lesson’s general concept the first week, and work on applying the Mindfulness Practice on the second week of each lesson.
You might consider spacing out the other available resources and assignments through the 2-week period to maximize the impact on your daily living.
