Participants need to purchase their own yoga mat and light weights (1-3 pounds or Zumba Toning sticks).

Yes! You can bring a friend to visit with you to Body & Soul classes. The Drop-in fee is $12.

Masks are required in lobbies and public spaces at Lifehouse Body & Soul. Once you are in the fitness room, you are welcome to remove your mask if you desire. All will participants remain 6 feet apart throughout each class to ensure social distance.
