Conscious Teens Workshop

Our Conscious Kids Workshop will take place on Thursday, July 31st 4:30-6:30pm. Plan to have fun, gain some real tools, and leave this workshop with more awareness of how to take care of your mind, body, and spirit in healthy ways.
