The LBS Women’s Mindful Living Course meets weekly on Tuesday nights from 8:15-9:45pm or Wednesday mornings 10:30am-12pm.
Meetings are held in the upstairs office at Lifehouse Body & Soul, 669 N 250 E, Salem, UT.
Your tuition includes The Welcome Packet of required materials. You can pick yours up at our Orientation meeting on August 23rd or 24th.
