Our Teacher Training kicks off 9am-3pm on Saturday, January 20th with our Annual New Year Silent Retreat: Clear Your Slate. A box lunch will be provided. Are there any food allergies we need to be aware of?(Required)

For the majority of our Silent Retreat, we will be in seated, standing, or lying meditation. You will need to bring your own yoga mat for movement practice. Feel free to adjust your meditation posture according to your physical needs and reasonable levels of discomfort. Please let us know your preferred sitting option.

Certification as a Lifehouse Body & Soul Embodied Mindfulness Teacher

Must be graduated from OR currently enrolled in the LBS Course in Mindful Living or BSS Online Mindfulness Courses

Must participate ongoing in Class/Practice at least 1x/week, each aspect at least 1x/month

Practice instructors must also obtain a certification in their desired Group Exercise format

Additional observation hours may be required for employment as a Mindful Living Mentor
