How the Program Works

Part 1

The backbone of The Course is our weekly Course Community Meeting: 8:15-9:45pm on Tuesday evenings.

 

Part 2

Daily Practice is where the magic happens. It gives us the opportunity to clear space for the Divine as we practice, apply, and implement meditation and mindfulness strategies to better understand Course principles and ourselves.

Part 3

Individual Coursework includes 36 weeks of journaling, reading, reaching out, and practicing movement & meditation at home.

Online Resources Include:

What types of exercise is included in the Fitness Daily Practice?

For Fall Session, our Daily Practice schedule will be as follows:

Monday:  9 AM: 40 STRONG–Becky, 35 Yoga–Holly, 10 Meditation–Holly

Tuesday:   6 AM Early Class: 45 Barre, 10 Heart-Minded –Brielle
                    9 AM: 50 Zumba–Becky, 25 Pilates –Becky, 10 Meditation–Becky

Wednesday: 9 AM: 40 HIGH–Brielle, 35 Yoga–Becky, 10 Meditation–Becky

Thursday: 6 AM Early Class: 45 Barre, 10 Open Meditation–Brielle
                    9 AM: 25 ZumbaTone–Becky, 50 Yoga–Holly, 10 Meditation–Holly

Friday: 9 AM: 40 TABATA–Becky, 35 Pilates–Becky, 10 Meditation–Becky

What fitness level is appropriate for the Daily Practice?

Each Daily Practice can be modified to any fitness level. We encourage our participants to listen to their body and honor its signals. We use each practice as an opportunity to connect inward, and use movement to clear space from the thoughts, emotions, and energies that can otherwise keep us stuck in unhelpful mental, emotional, and physical states.

When does the Course meet?

The Lifehouse Body & Soul Course meets throughout the school year and follows the Nebo School District calendar. During the first 2 weeks of the school year and the first 2 weeks of January, you can purchase the Course for a discounted up-front cost. In between enrollment sessions, you can enroll at a monthly subscription rate.

We highly encourage all Course members to also join Daily Practice, where the magic happens.  Daily Practice continues through the summer with a week break in between.

Although the Course does not meet over the summer, we are excited to offer specialized workshop in the summer months instead. If you have a suggestion or request for a 2-6 session workshop, please let us know! We’d love to hear from you at info@lifehousefit.com and build a curriculum around your request.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can rest assured that you can cancel your membership at any time. All cancellations and refunds will be charged a $10 processing fee.

What if I would like more individual feedback?

In January, we will begin offering one-to-one mentoring sessions for nutrition, LBS principles, and guided meditation. One-to-one mentoring can offer great value to experienced participants who would like to take their journey to a deeper level. Sessions will be available in packages of 2,4, or 6, and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

One-to-one sessions are a highly effective way to explore and heal past traumas, navigate current difficulties, and overcome emotional roadblocks of all kinds. If you are having trouble figuring out the WHY behind your self-defeating behaviors, one-to-one mentoring may well be the breakthrough you need to continue your progress.
