The backbone of The Course is our Weekly Course Community Meeting: 8:15-9:45pm on Tuesday evenings

Part 2

Community is a crucial aspect of our growth. Learning to Reach Out in moments of need is key to our healing and growing self-awareness.

Part 3

Individual Coursework includes 36 weeks of journaling, reading, reaching out, and practicing meditation at home.

What happens at the weekly Course Community Meeting?

At the Weekly Course Community Meeting, we

  • Follow a weekly meeting guide

  • Practice mindful communication

When does the Course meet?

The Lifehouse Body & Soul Course meets throughout the school year and follows the Nebo School District calendar. During the first 2 weeks of the school year and the first 2 weeks of January, you can purchase the Course for a discounted up-front cost. In between enrollment sessions, you can enroll at a monthly subscription rate.

We highly encourage all Course members to also join Daily Practice, where the magic happens.  Daily Practice continues through the summer with a week break in between.

Although the Course does not meet over the summer, we are excited to offer specialized workshop in the summer months instead. If you have a suggestion or request for a 2-6 session workshop, please let us know! We’d love to hear from you at info@lifehousefit.com and build a curriculum around your request.

Why would I consider doing the Daily Practice?

The LBS Course explores theories, strategies, principles, and ideas. It also offers mindfulness practices to help you learn to move through life in a more conscious way. Daily Practice offers a daily reminder of these intentions, and the opportunity to actually experience and practice the strategies we learn. Even more importantly, in daily practice we experience the transcendent power of meditation, where a Higher Power and our own Higher Self can communicate with us in uniquely powerful ways.

We highly recommend that our Course participants take advantage of Daily Practice if possible, no matter your fitness level or how often you can attend class live in-person. Online Daily Practice options are available each week to give you the spiritual and physical release that complements our Course concepts.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can rest assured that you can cancel your membership at any time. All cancellations and refunds will be charged a $10 processing fee.

What if I would like more individual support?

In January, we will begin offering One-to-One Mentoring sessions for nutrition, LBS principles, and guided meditation. One-to-one mentoring can offer great value to experienced participants who would like to take their journey to a deeper level. Sessions will be available in packages of 2,4, or 6, and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

One-to-one sessions are a highly effective way to explore and heal past traumas, navigate current difficulties, and overcome emotional roadblocks of all kinds. If you are having trouble figuring out the WHY behind your self-defeating behaviors, one-to-one mentoring may well be the breakthrough you need to continue your progress.
