Our Women's Retreat in Midway, Utah can accommodate up to 24 women. Tuition covers accommodations, adventures, delicious and nutritious meals, a SWAG bag, and incredible workshops. There are two private bedrooms, one bunk room, and 6 beds available in the common space. Bedding will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you have a preferred roommate, you may want to sign up at the same time.

Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat. Before you embark on this transformative journey, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Insurance Policy:

Each guest is recommended to ensure appropriate personal accident, holiday, cancellation, and insurance coverage before attending the retreat.

Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or medical expenses incurred during the retreat.

2. Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of cancellation by Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat.

3. Health and Safety:

Guests must inform the retreat organizers of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before the retreat commences.

It is the responsibility of each guest to ensure they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the retreat activities.

4. Code of Conduct:

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow participants, staff, and the retreat property.

Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others will result in immediate expulsion from the retreat without refund.

5. Liability Waiver:

Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft to personal belongings during the retreat.

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk and release Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat from any liability arising from such activities.

6. Program Changes:

Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule, activities, or instructors without prior notice.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat may cancel or reschedule the retreat. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

7. Photography and Media Consent:

By attending the retreat, guests consent to the use of their likeness, voice, and image captured during the retreat for promotional purposes by Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat.

8. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made by guests are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

Refunds are not provided for early departure or unused services.

By booking and attending the Lifehouse Body and Soul Women's Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
