What is the LBS Youth Mindful Living Course?

The LBS Youth Mindful Living Course integrates mindfulness practice, yoga philosophy, neuroscience, modern therapies, and traditional 12-Step principles.

If your child is struggling with anxiety, body image, low self-esteem, self-destructive behaviors, or troubled relationships, we have the tools to help them find peace and power.

The 36-week session meets through the school year and instills lifelong principles to optimize physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. It’s a gift you can offer your child that pays dividends for a lifetime.

The LBS Youth Course in Mindful Living  is one of the most affordable ways you can improve and support your child’s mental health.  At less than $20 per 90-minute session, we offer outcomes comparable to therapy at a fraction of the cost.

When and where is the weekly Youth Course meeting?

Youth Course Meetings are held on Thursday nights at Lifehouse Body & Soul, 669 N 250 E, Salem, UT. Youth 12-14 meet 5-6pm. Youth 15-18 meet 6-7pm. We follow the Nebo School District Calendar for breaks and holidays.

What is the The Online Practice?

For $20/month, your teen and family can practice at home. Your subscription includes 36 curriculum-based practices of cardio, toning, yoga and meditation (50 minutes each) as well as 20 walking meditations (25-35 minutes each) Each Practice includes a presence check-in, cardio, toning, yoga or pilates, and 10-15 minutes of guided meditation. These classes are systematically designed to help you release stress and experience peace, insight, and equanimity.

What Course materials do I need?

Your Course Tuition and enrollment fee includes The LBS Mindful Living Welcome Packet. Your teen will need to bring The Course Book to class with them each week.

What is your cancellation policy?

When you enroll in the month-to-month option, you can cancel anytime. When you pay upfront at the discounted rate, you commit to the full program. There are no cancellations or refunds barring extreme circumstances. When you enroll in The Practice, your subscription renews each month and you can cancel at anytime.
