Dr. Jennifer Finlayson-FifeKeynote Speaker

Dr. Jennifer Finlayson-Fife is a highly sought-after relationship and sexuality educator and coach, as well as a Licensed clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois with a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. She is a frequent contributor on the subjects of sexuality, relationships, and spiritually to LDS-themed blogs, magazines and podcasts, including the “Ask a Mormon Sex Therapist” podcast series. She is an active member of the LDS church.

Author Staci SadlerKeynote Speaker

Staci Sadler has a passion to help others develop self-awareness, discover their innate spiritual gifts and live in greater personal integrity. She has pioneered empathing as a means to discover the color of light around people in her work with Aura Personalities. Staci compiled her own book in December 2012 called Aura Personalities, and now certifies Aura Personality Consultants. Staci has walked many individuals down a path of self-discovery through her Soul Integrity Course. She also facilitates Healing & Wholeness Events to bring the space of relaxation, healing and personal transformation to a wider community.

Becky Moller Co-Founder

Becky Moller has 14+ years of experience teaching Group Fitness to thousands of university students. She has seen the immense benefits of physical exercise as an emotional release and mindful anchor to bring presence to body, mind, and spirit. Her perspective has been shaped by her own struggles with disordered eating and betrayal trauma. She has devoted 7 years of her life to 12-Step recovery, serving as the Executive Director of S.A.Lifeline Foundation for 3 years. She has directed women’s retreats, spoken at multiple Conferences, and written extensively on trauma healing. Through Lifehouse Body & Soul, she hopes to bring the message of universal healing and post-traumatic growth to a universal audience.

Nesha WoodhouseCo-Founder

Nesha Woodhouse has been the owner and director of Lifehouse Performing Arts Academy since 1999. She works to create a unique environment of personal integrity and inner strength within the studio, which has grown to be one of the largest in Utah. Nesha has grappled with body trauma and disordered eating on a long journey toward coming to love and accept her body. Her vision to create a safe space for women to transcend diet culture and instead honor the body as a glorious instrument to learn, grow, and experience life is the birthplace of Lifehouse Body & Soul.

Holly LambertYoga & Meditation Specialist

Holly Lambert is a Yoga Alliance 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation to thousands of individuals. She practices the 12-Steps and finds her greatest passion in helping people to open their heart, and connect to the Higher Power of their own understanding. Holly’s guided meditations have helped hundreds of women in trauma to break down their walls, reconnect with their heart, and deepen their relationship with God.

Daily Practice incorporates Movement & Meditation.

At Lifehouse Body & Soul, we use all kinds of movement to find our spiritual center.

  • Each morning we begin with a 90-minute movement and meditation practice.
  • 40 minutes of Cardio, 40 minutes of Yoga or Pilates, and 10 minutes of Meditation.
