" I was excited about the program to start with, but had no idea how big of an impact it could have on my day to day outlook. I know it sounds cliche, but it really has been life-changing for me. I'm addicted and I worry that I can't live well without it! I love when Becky encourages us to breathe while working out (big exhales). This seems to really clear up space within me. She also encourages us at different times during intense cardio to "throw it down"! Doing these things has changed what a workout is for me. Love it!"
" I love Lifehouse Body & Soul. I am learning so much. I can feel myself growing in body, mind, and spirit. I feel encouraged and inspired. I feel stronger and more peaceful. I look forward to the fitness, yoga, and meditation everyday, and the Mentorship class has been mind and soul-expanding. I feel like the work we do here is such a great investment in myself, my whole self, and will have lasting effects on my life and that of my family."
