What do I need to bring to The LBS Practice?

What type of exercise is included in The LBS Practice?

For Fall 2022-23 Session, our Practice schedule includes:

What fitness level is appropriate for The LBS practice?

Each Practice can be modified to any fitness level. We encourage our participants to listen to their body and honor its signals. We use each practice as an opportunity to connect inward, and use movement to clear space from the thoughts, emotions, and energies that can otherwise keep us stuck in unhelpful mental, emotional, and physical states.

What are the LBS Mindfulness Courses?

Our participants express the greatest satisfaction when enrolled in both The LBS Practice and The LBS Mindful Living Course.

Our Mindfulness Courses represent a 36-week curriculum that spans the school year: August 22-May 20.

Men’s, Women’s, and Youth Courses are available:

  • Men: Wednesdays 8:15-9:45pm
  • Women: Tuesdays 8:15-9:45pm or Wednesdays 10:30am-12pm
  • Teens: 15-18 Thursdays 5-6:30pm, 12-14 6:30-8pm

The Practice & The LBS Mindfulness Courses are designed to complement and deepen the application of the other.  Course principles are applied and practiced directly in The Practice. Course meetings offer opportunity to personally process, connect, and learn from the strength and experience of others.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can rest assured that you can cancel your Practice membership at any time. All cancellations and refunds will be charged a $10 processing fee.

Do you offer family memberships?

Yes! We love family membership, because families that practice together grow together! With one full-price practice member, you can add the Daily Practice Upgrade to give access to your entire household for only $60/month total.

Do you offer an online-only option?

Yes! We know that scheduling can be the hardest part of a regular practice. If your schedule is crazy, you can practice at home for only $20/month. Simply enroll in the the Online Only Practice for this option. Your subscription includes thirty-six curriculum-based practices of cardio, toning, yoga, and meditation (50-minutes each).
