I have been very happy with the healthy weight loss I have achieved since working the program. Through the weekly group meetings and discussing healthy ways to view food and my body, I’ve also been able to choose a healthier way of eating. I feel more confident in my body and can truly say I love myself. I physically have a lot more energy which allows me to adventure more in the outdoors. I am grateful everyday for God in allowing me to move my body in the many capacities it does.
I HATED yoga, but now I can actually touch the ground and am finding out it’s not so bad. I noticed more how my body felt when I moved it and learned to work out not for the purpose of losing weight but to enjoy the feelings of being alive. I was much more consistent with going to work out knowing it wasn’t a punishment for my body but rather an experience.
Because of the LBS Practice, I am stronger. I have become more flexible, and I can endure more. I am learning to listen to my body and know when I can push myself a little more. I feel great. This program is helping me to reach an optimal level of health. I look forward to the workouts and I enjoy each part of it. Deep breathing is now my go to when I need to calm myself or take a step back from a situation. Meditation has become my favorite. I am learning to relax and let my body be still. I can’t wait to get started again!
As a dietitian I have seen and participated in many types of health and wellness programs, but I have never seen anything quite like Lifehouse Body and Soul. They utilize a unique combination of exercises mixed with mediation to nourishing mind, body and soul with every session. This unique combination is the most effective tool I have found to combat the ever present messages in our society of objectifying our bodies and hyper-focusing on size and appearance as a sign of health. This program offers a pathway to true health, both mental and physical, by incorporating the element of spirituality into every exercise session.

Each Practice can be modified to any fitness level. We encourage our participants to listen to their body and honor its signals. We use each practice as an opportunity to connect inward, and use movement to clear space from the thoughts, emotions, and energies that can otherwise keep us stuck in unhelpful mental, emotional, and physical states.
Our participants express the greatest satisfaction when enrolled in both The LBS Practice and The LBS Mindful Living Course.
Month-to-month subscriptions (for the Course or the Practice) can be cancelled at anytime.
Participants who enroll in the Course at the discounted up-front rate (20% off) do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. If a life disruption occurs during enrollment, active Course status will be deferred until the time you are able to re-engage with the program. Extreme circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.

Yes! We know that scheduling can be the hardest part of a regular practice of exercise or meditation. If your schedule is crazy, you can practice at home for only $20/month. Simply enroll in the the Online Only Practice for this option. Your subscription includes thirty-six curriculum-based practices of cardio, toning, yoga, and meditation (50-minutes each).
