The LBS Practice is a weekly schedule of embodiment classes, designed to help you achieve optimal health and alignment in mind, body, spirit.
The Practice focuses on increasing your somatic awareness: your connection with the internal experience of the body. Somatic awareness plays a crucial role in processing trauma, as documented in dozens of research studies.
Our weekly Practice schedule offers a variety of embodied experiences to build somatic awareness: from energetic fitness-focused morning options, to evening yoga, to silent meditation sits, to guided walking meditations to do at home.
Course membership includes the Practice and participants are encouraged to attend at least 1x/week, but you can also enroll in the LBS Practice on its own.
