Please arrive at Lifehouse Body & Soul (669 N 250 E, Salem, UT) by 10am on Saturday, March 26th. Come in comfortable clothing that you can move in. We will be guiding you through a mini-practice so you can see for yourself how our programs can support the work you do with your clients.

What Makes Us A Unique Resource for Therapists?


Our fitness classes give participants a chance to ground themselves daily in healthy-living practices & mindsets in a safe, supportive community.

We use movement as a mindfulness practice: we release negative energy, trauma, and stress through strong cardio and joyful dance. We cultivate positive energy and open ourselves up for spiritual guidance through yoga, pilates, and meditation. Each Daily Practice invites participants deeper into a space of self-awareness and presence.

 


Our Conscious Eating Guidelines are one of the ways we help people build a trusting connection between body, mind, and spirit.


Weekly Group Meetings give another chance for participants to connect deeply as they move through a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based curriculum of healing concepts and practices, including:
