How do I see the Default Network operating in my life? (fear-based, repetitive, “I”-centered, ticker-tape, storied thoughts)
How do I see the Dorsal Attention Network operating in my life? (self-protective, scattered, hard-to-focus, triggers)
What does it feel like to pause, take a deep breath, and move into my Control Network? In what ways can I choose to move out of reactivity today?
When have I been able to feel the deep peace, equanimity, insight, and clarity of my Present-Centered Network? What does this feel like in my body? How did I create this inner space?
