Where do I feel like I need to “check my glasses”?
How does my ego manifest itself in my day to day life? What narratives tend to fuel my ego? What do these narratives feel like in my mind and body?
How is my subconscious mind influencing my self-view today? What limiting beliefs do I hold about myself today? Where did these come from?
Did I experience any recurring narratives this week? What rules or beliefs could these point to? How do I feel about any rules or beliefs that I’ve uncovered? What do I feel my heart and Higher Power are telling me today?
What strong emotions did I experience this week? How could these emotions be speaking to my values? Do I feel harmony between my values and intentions today? Is there something I need to let go of? What feelings might I need more time and space to process?
What specific experiences or relationships have surfaced this week that may point back to fear-based conclusions or limiting beliefs? What are they?
When painful memories do surface, how can I find safety through my Higher Power? What direction has my Higher Power given me on how I might reframe these experiences?
How has my understanding about, or awareness of, my subconscious mind increased this week? What Truths is my Higher Power bringing into my conscious mind? How can these experiences serve my healing today?
