You will need to have a yoga mat for both sitting and yoga practice at the event. Please let us know:

For the majority of the event, we will be in seated, standing, or lying meditation. You can feel free to adjust your meditation posture according to your physical needs and reasonable levels of discomfort. Please let us know your preferred sitting option.

I will bring my own cushion or mat.
