The Lifehouse Body & Soul programs produce life-changing results in terms of life satisfaction, inner peace, and mental-emotional-physical health. We teach universal tools that can help anyone more effectively navigate the human condition.

There are two elements to our programs: evening classes (workshops) and morning movement (daily practice). When you enroll in both, you get the full benefit of body, mind, and spirit.

Our Summer Workshop series offers mindfulness tools, meditation, and teachings for specific topics. It’s a great way to dip your toe in and see if we’re a good fit for you.

Our Daily Practice meets year-round and offers everything you’ve been looking for all in one place. Cardio, Yoga, Meditation, and Community.

Mindfulness for Moms
Tuesdays, May 31-June 21

Whether you are young, old, overwhelmed, bored, tired, frustrated, resentful, anxious, depressed, or clueless…if you’re a Mom, this Workshop was made just for you.

Come learn mindfulness principles and tools that can truly transform the way you relate to yourself, to motherhood, and to the ones you love the most.

Mindful Eating

If you are tired of fearing the scale, diet roller-coasters, and hating the mirror, we invite you to give Mindful Eating a try.

Mindfulness offers life-long skills that allow you to heal your relationship with food, from the inside out. Come see how community, compassion, and accountability can help you finally make peace with your body.

Why Daily Practice?

The Lifehouse Body & Soul Daily Practice is an innovate approach to fitness, wellness, and long-term mental health.

We connect all aspects of mind-body-spirit everyday, through all types of energy–from strong cardio to steady toning to soothing yoga.

The structure and curriculum we offer allows people to plug into a system and community that supports their long-term efforts to live a healthy, balanced life in mind, body and spirit.

Daily Practice is a year-round subscription at $40/month that can be cancelled at anytime.

Family Membership is available by adding the Daily Practice Upgrade to your cart for an additional $25/month. This upgrade gives Daily Practice access to immediate family members.

Summer Daily Practice is held May 31-Aug 12, M-F, 7:30-8:45am.

Men, Women, and Youth 14+ are welcome.

Where are the Summer Workshops held?

Summer Workshops are held on weeknights, 8:00-9:30pm in the upstairs office at Lifehouse Body & Soul, 669 N 250 E, Salem, UT.

How does the pricing work?

When you enroll in Daily Practice, you enroll in an on-going subscription at $40/month. That's less than $2 per class! Crazy good deal! You can cancel your Daily Practice subscription at anytime. When you enroll in a Summer Workshop, you pay for the entire session up-front. Once the session is underway, there are no cancellations or refunds. Space is limited, so your commitment to the session takes a seat from somebody else.

Can I try come try it out for free?

You are welcome to come try the Daily Practice free for a week. After a week, we ask that you either commit to your own subscription or else pay the drop-in fee of $12 per class. Since Summer Workshops are short and limited in space, we do not accept free drop-ins. Once our Signature Course starts again during the school year, we welcome free drop-ins again to try it out.

What Workshop materials do I need?

Summer Workshops do not require any materials.

What fitness equipment do I need?

Participants need to bring their own yoga mat and water bottle to Daily Practice.

How does your year-round schedule work for your evening Mindfulness Courses?

Our Signature Mindfulness Course for Men, Women, and Youth coincides with the School Year. It is intended to be a recursive program--a lifestyle that allows individuals to regularly practice the mind-body-spirit connection that leads to long-term mental health and stability. The structure, community, and accountability offered through the program helps support individuals through all types of life challenges. These Courses represent an innovate approach that amplifies traditional avenues of addressing mental health. The cost of the Signature Course is $70/month or two payments of $350 (August/January). That's less than $20 per 90-minute session--an incredible value that offers comparable outcomes to therapy. In the summer, we highlight specific topics that might be of interest to our community. These short workshops allow newcomers to try out our approach and see what works for them. Summer Workshops are priced at $99/4-week session.

How does your year-round schedule work for Daily Practice?

Our Daily Practice continues year-round, following the Nebo School District calendar during the school year, with brief breaks at the beginning and end of the school year. During the School Year, Daily Practice includes 8 sessions each week, with early morning and Saturday options for working individuals. During the Summer, Daily Practice includes 5 sessions each week. Daily Practice is priced at a $40/month subscription year-round, an incredible deal between $1-2/class, depending on the season.

What is your cancellation policy?

When you enroll in a Summer Workshop, you pay up front and commit for the whole program. When you enroll in Daily Practice, your subscription renews each month and you can cancel at anytime.
