Come learn mindfulness principles and tools that can truly transform the way you relate to yourself, to motherhood, and to the ones you love the most.

Weekly Meetings held Tuesday nights 8-9:30pm at Lifehouse Body & Soul.

  • June 14: Finding Refuge
  • June 21: Moving Forward with Compassion
