What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is simply a meditation space that’s guided and supported by the gentle tones of singing bowls, chimes, and drums—a helpful anchor for many meditators. The vibrational sound waves are also a natural and powerful entry point to become aware of the Inner Body — the internal energy field or spiritual dimension of who you are. Becoming aware of your Inner Body is a powerful anchor to presence; and growing your connection to it can help you bring more clarity into your everyday life. Through our Sound Baths, we hope you’ll deepen and apply your personal meditation practice, feel a sense of community, and awaken your awareness of the Light of Consciousness that lives within you!

What do I need to bring to The LBS Practice Workouts?

When you come to The LBS Practice Workouts, bring:

  • a yoga mat
  • a water bottle
  • an open mind
  • athletic shoes appropriate for morning workouts

What type of exercise is included in the Practice?

For our Winter 2025 Session, Practice incorporates:

  • STRONG HITT workouts & HIGH Fitness
  • Evening Yoga & Meditation
  • Guided Meditation sits to utilize at home
  • Guided Walking Meditations to reinforce Course Concepts
  • Bi-Weekly Sound Baths
  • Monthly social activities and outings

What fitness level is appropriate for The LBS practice?

Each Practice can be modified to any fitness level. We encourage our participants to listen to their body and honor its signals. We use each practice as an opportunity to connect inward, and use movement to clear space from the thoughts, emotions, and energies that can otherwise keep us stuck in unhelpful mental, emotional, and physical states.

What are the LBS Mindfulness Courses?

Our participants express the greatest transformation when they regularly participate in both The LBS Practice and The LBS Mindful Living Course.  

Our Mindfulness Courses represent a year-long curriculum in mindfulness-based principles and practices, supported by weekly group meetings. Adult , Young Adult and Youth Courses are available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Month-to-month subscriptions (for the Course or the Practice) can be cancelled at anytime.

Participants who enroll in the Course at the discounted up-front rate (20% off) do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. If a life disruption occurs during enrollment, active Course status will be deferred until the time you are able to re-engage with the program. Extreme circumstances will be considered on an individual basis.

Our intention is to support you in your healing and wellness journey. We will do everything in our power to act in integrity and honor the best interest of all.

Do you offer family memberships?

Yes! We love family membership, because families that practice together grow together! With one full-price practice member, you can add the Family Practice Upgrade to give access to your entire household for only $45/month total. That means you can bring your whole family to Sunday Sound Baths for an affordable low price.

Do you offer an online-only option?

Yes! We know that scheduling can be the hardest part of a regular practice of exercise or meditation. If your schedule is crazy, you can practice at home for only $20/month. Simply enroll in the the Online Only Practice for this option. Your subscription includes thirty-six curriculum-based practices of cardio, toning, yoga, and meditation (50-minutes each).
